Recevoir—"to receive, to get" is an irregular verb. Its conjugation is as follows:

RECEVOIR—"to receive, to get"
 

je reçois
tu reçois
il, elle reçoit
nous recevons
vous recevez
ils, elles reçoivent

Command forms: reçois!, recevez!

Future stem: recevr-

Participle: reçu

Notice that the c becomes ç before o.

Other verbs that are conjugated like recevoir are: s'apercevoir—"to notice"; concevoir—"to conceive."

EXAMPLES
 

Les Français font beaucoup de tralala quand ils reçoivent.
The French go all out when they entertain.
J'ai reçu une lettre de mes parents.
I received a letter from my parents.
Il recevra le paquet dans un mois.
He will receive the package in a month.
