The Article dieser

Dieser (this, these) takes the same endings as the definite article der and affects adjective endings in the same way. Here is a summary of definite article endings:

NOMINATIVE
 

  Masc. Fem. Neuter
Singular -er -e -es
Plural -e -e -e

DATIVE
 

  Masc. Fem. Neuter
Singular -em -er -em
Plural -en -en -en

ACCUSATIVE
 

  Masc. Fem. Neuter
Singular -en -e -es
Plural -e -e -e

Some grammars call these endings "der-word endings" and the articles that take them, e.g. dieser, welcher, "der-words."

The Interrogative Article welcher

The interrogative welcher (which, what) takes the definite article endings.
 

In welcher Preislage hatten Sie gedacht?
In what price range had you thought?
 
In welchen Scheinen?
In what denominations?
