When the verb faire is followed by an infinitive, it indicates that you are having something done (or causing something to be done):
 

Je vais vais faire nettoyer ce pantalon.
I'm going to have these pants cleaned.
Est-ce que vous voulez faire nettoyer cette robe?
Do you want to have this dress cleaned?
