In another section shows that you can ask a question using est-ce que at the beginning of a sentence. By adding qu' (que) to the same expression you have Quest-ce que, which means "what?"
You may ask the same questions by inverting subject and verb, as in Que prenez-vous? ("What will you have/take?") and Quavez-vous? ("Whats wrong with you?"). |
